Michael Roland comes from a long lineage of Real Estate. The Roland family has been in development for over 50 years, dating back to Michael's Grandfather, Howard Roland, who was also a real estate developer. Before starting his company Michael worked as a project manager for a number of developers in the Pacific Northwest. Michael has spent the last 10 years building houses in the Seattle & Eastside area.

Meet the Team

Marissa

With a strong background in construction operations and project coordination, Marissa plays a key role in keeping Roland Development projects running smoothly during the construction phase. Working closely alongside Michael Roland, she serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and fee build owners throughout the building process.

Matthew

Matthew has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, he brings deep expertise across multiple market cycles. Within Roland Development, Matthew oversees accounting, business operations, and overall strategic planning through various market cycles.

Brent

Brent serves as Project Manager for Roland Development, overseeing the day-to-day operations at active job sites and ensuring each project progresses efficiently from start to finish. Working closely with subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews, he manages on-site coordination, scheduling, and workflow to keep projects on task and aligned with construction timelines.

Kyle

Kyle is an integral part of the Roland Development construction team, managing daily on-site operations and helping guide projects through each phase of construction. He works directly with subcontractors and field crews to coordinate schedules, oversee progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the company’s standards.

Carter

Carter is a new addition to Roland Development, where he supports property management for in-house rentals and will assist with project management on upcoming Edmonds developments.

Ignacio

Ignacio is a key member of our construction team, working on-site to support a wide range of project needs. He assists with daily operations, coordinates with vendors, and manages material orders to keep projects running smoothly. Ignacio is dependable and consistently delivers high-quality work.
